Paua Bay Wines was founded in 2007. The three Director-shareholders are:

Lew Stribling – Director/ Chief Executive Officer
Lew is the CEO of Paua Bay Wines. He has been involved in the NZ wine industry since 1988 and was previously the CEO of Waipara Hills Wine Estate Limited, then a public company founded in 2001 which won 7 national and international trophies and 32 gold medals over four vintages under his stewardship.

Glenn Hansen – Director
Glenn is a Chartered Accountant, and a former Partner of accountancy firm Bayliss Sharr & Hansen. Glenn has been involved in preparing financial budgets, financial reports and advice to several wine companies over the past 20 years. With his unique combination of training (B.Comm in Horticultural Management), and experience in production management, Glenn brings a strong practical understanding to the financial management of Paua Bay Wines.

Charles Wiffen – Director
Charles has been involved with farming all his life. Charles and his family planted their first vineyard in Marlborough in 1980 and today have approximately 50 hectares in vines. Charles has been a shareholder of Paua Bay wines since its inception and joined the Board in 2016.
