Tasting note:
Our 2009 Central Otago Pinot Noir is vibrant, dry and bursting with
robust flavours of blackberry, cherry and thyme. The wine is soft and
rich with an underlying complexity and exuberance enhanced by firm
rounded tannins. This wine will age well over the next three to five
years and is an excellent partner with prime New Zealand lamb, wild
pork or venison.
