Tasting note:
Our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc is classically Marlborough in style.
It is dry with crisp acid and a typical herbaceous Marlborough
pungency. On the nose the wine is intensely aromatic and vibrant
with fruit driven flavours of passion-fruit, melon and gooseberry.
The wine is lively and refreshing, finishing clean on the palate.
Enjoy as an aperitif or match with fresh New Zealand green shell
mussels or Nelson Bay scallops.
